ABOUT ME
Hello There,

My name is Valencia Woodard, and I am the Founder and CEO of this nonprofit organization. I am currently a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, a full-time mother of two beautiful daughters, a full-time student at Liberty University online, a passionate advocate for children and families in my community and most importantly an Advocate of Christ.

I started working with children at the age of fourteen in daycare centers through a summer program called Youthworks. I have always had a special place in my heart for children so, in my early young adult life I continued working at childcare centers part-time. I stopped working at childcare centers and decided to dedicate my time to ministry concerning dance and youth.

I spent my last seven years volunteering and being on the youth committee at my former church where I later became the Youth Director. I had the pleasure of hosting my first youth conference in 2019 called "Breaking the Cycle of Dysfunction" which was eventually placed on hold for the following year because of COVID. I have had the pleasure to participate and serve on the youth committee for the Northwestern Ohio Missionary Baptist Association (NOMBA). I had the pleasure of mentoring young ladies through a former ministry God had given me called "Fill My Vessel".

I am a childhood trauma survivor who beat the odds of being a product of my environment. I have experienced and conquered many forms of abuse, neglect, abandonment, suicide thoughts and more. I am an overcomer, generational curse breaker, and conquer. God continues to cover me with strength, resilience, power, protection, authority and boldness.

I am a strong believer that He can and will deliver you the same way he delivered me.
